How do I determine the right size for my outfit?

To find the perfect size, we recommend referring to our size chart, which can be found on each product page. Measure yourself carefully and compare your measurements with the size chart to select the appropriate size.

What is the "Custom Size" option on your website?

The "Custom Size" option on our website allows you to order clothing tailored to your specific measurements, ensuring a close to perfect fit. If you select this option, you will be contacted for a video call with one of our team members who will guide you through the measurement process.

After selecting the "Custom Size" option during the checkout process, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule the video call.

There may be an additional cost for custom sizing for a few outfits, you’ll be informed at the time you add the outfit to the cart as it involves extra time and effort to create a unique pattern for your garment.

Materials you'll need for measurements:

  • A soft, flexible measuring tape.
  • A device with a camera and an internet connection for the video call.
  • An assistant (recommended) to help ensure precise measurements.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Simply visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your package.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and other secure online payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted and secured to ensure the safety of your financial information.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries. During the checkout process, you can select your country from the list of available options. Please note that international shipping may have additional customs fees or import duties that are the responsibility of the recipient.

We strive to process and ship orders quickly. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

Are the colors of the products accurate in the photos?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately on our website. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to variations in lighting, monitor settings, and individual device display capabilities.

What is the time frame for receiving orders?

Each and every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure. We usually take 14-21 days to dispatch the order, depending on the order and customizations if any. How do I get my outfit altered?

We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by client and will not be borne by us.

For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
