How to measure for custom size orders?
(We recommend reading the below guidelines before scheduling a video call.)
Materials you'll need:
- A soft, flexible measuring tape.
- A device with a camera and an internet connection for the video call.
- An assistant (recommended) to help ensure precise measurements.
- Bust Measurement: Stand straight with your arms relaxed at your sides. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring that the tape is parallel to the ground. Make sure it's snug but not tight.
- Waist Measurement: Find the natural waistline by bending to one side; the crease that forms is your natural waist. Measure around this point, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips Measurement: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight.
- Lehenga Length: Decide on the desired length for your lehenga. Common options include ankle-length, floor-length, or any specific length you prefer. Measure from your waist down to the desired length. If you plan to wear heels with your lehenga, consider measuring with the heels on.
- Blouse Length: Measure the length from the base of your neck to your desired blouse length. This measurement will depend on the style of the blouse you want.
- Blouse Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder point to the desired length of your blouse sleeves keeping your design in mind, whether short, three-quarter, or full sleeves.
- Blouse Neckline: Measure the circumference of your neck for the neckline of your blouse. You can adjust this measurement based on the neckline style you want.
- Shoulder Width: Measure from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other shoulder across your back.
