After selecting the "Custom Size" option during the checkout process, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule the video call.

There may be an additional cost for custom sizing for a few outfits, you’ll be informed at the time you add the outfit to the cart as it involves extra time and effort to create a unique pattern for your garment.

These extra margins allow for potential alterations, which can be done by a local tailor to achieve your personal definition of the perfect fit.

   Once the production of your order is complete, we will ship it to your specified delivery address. The estimated shipping time is 7-10 days. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs:
   Shipping costs for made-to-order products are included in the product priced above 10,000 INR.

Professional Cleaning: For heavily embellished or intricately designed outfits, it's best to seek professional dry cleaning services. They have the expertise to handle delicate fabrics and preserve the overall quality of your Indian outfit.

Ironing: Use a low to medium heat setting on your iron to press your Indian outfit. Check the fabric type and follow the recommended ironing temperature for that specific fabric. If the outfit has delicate embellishments, consider placing a thin cloth or a press cloth over them while ironing to protect them.

Storage: When storing your Indian outfits, make sure they are clean and completely dry. Fold them neatly and place them in a cotton or muslin bag to protect them from dust and moisture. Avoid using plastic bags, as they can trap moisture and cause damage.

Embroidery and Embellishments: Be careful when handling outfits with intricate embroidery, beads, or sequins. Avoid pulling or tugging on them, as it can cause damage. If any loose threads or embellishments are noticed, secure them with a small, fine needle and thread.
